In All Our Footsteps publications launch and Celebration Event

  • Conway Hall London United Kingdom (map)

This event is free to attend but places must be booked by e-mailing abbi.flint@ncl.ac.uk

Join the In All Our Footsteps team in central London for the launch of a series of booklets drawing on the findings of the AHRC In All Our Footsteps: Tracking, Mapping and Experiencing Rights of Way in Post-War Britain project. As well as celebrating the work of the project, and thanking all of those who have generously collaborated with us, this early evening event will launch the booklets with commentary from panellists and a wider discussion.

We are thrilled that we have expert panellists joining us to comment on the themes raised within the booklets. These will include Jack Cornish (Ramblers and author of The Lost Paths), Kate Ashbrook (Open Spaces Society and long standing campaigner) and John Cuthbertson (Disabled Ramblers).

The following booklets will be available for attendees to take home:

·  Mapping rights of way
·  Healthy ways
·  Accessible ways
·  Citizenship
·  Working on paths

The booklets will be available after the event as free pdf downloads from https://www.allourfootsteps.uk/

This event is free to attend and refreshments will be provided but places must be booked by e-mailing abbi.flint@ncl.ac.uk

We hope you can join us.
